Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate's Melanie Dawn Molina Wood Earns
Green Certified Real Estate Professional Designation
MIAMI, Fla., (April
2, 2008) - Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is pleased to announce that
Melanie Dawn Molina Wood, a Realtor-Associate at the company's Pinecrest North
office, has earned the Green Certified
Real Estate Professional (GCREP) designation by
completing the Green Building for Real Estate Professionals course through the
Real Estate Environmental and Energy Education organization. This Level One
Certification is the first of a series of nine courses in all aspects of "
Green
Building
" for the residential real estate market.
Wood has also completed the first of three comprehensive courses toward becoming
a Certified EcoBroker. According to EcoBroker International, upon
completion of the course, Wood will be one of only four residential real estate
agents with this certification in
Miami-Dade
County
. "I have always been concerned about the
environment, but with the growing public awareness about our impact on the
environment, and the growing need for more cost-effective energy efficiency in
our homes, I am thrilled to be able to provide this added value service to my
customers," said Wood.
